  • Can I set up a tasting?

    • Definitely, please contact us to set it up.  We usually do these in the evenings during the week or after 2 pm on Saturdays.  We will have you pick 4-5 items to taste.  You will be charged a $25 fee for the tasting.  This is NONREFUNDABLE and will need to be paid when scheduling the tasting. It will be credited to your account, if you book with us.

    • Can I pick up the items and taste them at home?

      • We do not do this, as we talk about your wedding: when, where, how many guests, etc.  Tasting can last anywhere from 30-60 minutes.

  • Do you have platters and tiers:

    • We do.  There is a $150 deposit for the platters.  This will be refunded when all platters have been returned. (Preferably within 1 week of event). You are also responsible for replacement cost if any platters are broken while in your possession. This will be deducted from the deposit refund.

  • How many desserts do I need for my event?

    • Industry standard is 2-3 pieces per person.  If you have “samplers” in your group, aim for 3 per person.  My family likes desserts and likes to try them all.  We make 4 per person for our events ;)
